Positive Behaviour Support, or PBS, is a whole school framework that supports our school to create a positive learning environment. Our Whole School Behaviour Matrix is central to our PBS approach, and provides a framework in which our core values and specific behaviours are understood by all. We refer to it as our Four R’s – Respect, Responsibility, Resilience and Relationships.
