Kindergarten 2027
If your child turns 4 by the 30th June 2027 they are eligible to attend Kindergarten in 2027. Application forms are available to collect from the fron office or download here:
2027 Kindergarten Application Form
Simply complete the application and return it to the front office along with a copy of the following supporting documents:
Birth Certificate or Extract of child (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one) or
Proof of your current address (eg recent accounts for electricity, water and telephone, bank details, lease agreement)
Proof of immunisation will be required if your Application to Enrol is approved. For more information regarding the Kindergarten immunisation requirements or immunisation services visit HealthyWA.
Pre-Primary to Year 6 Students
We accept applications for Pre-Primary to Year 6 students throughout the year. We are local intake school, out of area applications may be accepted however you are not guaranteed a place. The authority to make the enrollment decision rests with the principal.
Our Enrolment Process:Step 1 – Please visit the front office to obtain an Application for Enrolment Form, or you can complete the online versions provided below.
Application for Enrolment – for year Pre-primary to Year 6Form
Once completed, return the Application for Enrolment Form, along with the following additional documentation to the Front Office or send to hillman.ps@education.wa.edu.au
Birth Certificate or Extract of child (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one) or
Passport – If the child or at least 1 parent was born overseas Visa documentation or proof of citizenship will be required.
Australian Immunisation History Statement (this can be downloaded through Medicare, or alternatively call the Australian Immunisation Register 1800 653 809 (Free Call)
Proof of your current address (eg recent accounts for electricity, water and telephone, bank details)
Court Orders (if applicable)
Step 3 – Once your completed application has been received an application interview will be arranged with the Principal.
Step 4 -All successful applicants will receive an Enrolment pack which will need to be completed prior to your child commencing at school.
